HOLA Member Bochinche

Bochinche refers to “gossip”. In this sense, we use it to mention HOLA members or Friends of HOLA who are getting acting, performance or similarly artistic gigs and/or recognition in the media. The ninth annual Red Hook International Film and Video Festival just took place in October in the Red Hook neighborhood of Brooklyn. Some of the films featuring HOLA members are listed below in boldface.

BREAKING NEWS: HOLA member Víctor Cruz, shown at left, was named Best Director at the ninth annual Red Hook International Film and Video Festival for his feature film directorial debut The Stockroom (which he also wrote and produced).
