Víctor Cruz, shown at right, wrote, directed, co-produced and stars in the award-winning feature film The Stockroom. The feature film, also starring April Lee Hernández, Luis Antonio Ramos, and Liza Colón-Zayas and co-produced by Elaine Del Valle, was shot completely in Manhattan's El Barrio (East Harlem) neighborhood, and now it will have its East Harlem premiere. Omar Pérez and Zahaira Curiel, shown above, left to right, will star in Anita and Her Song/Anita y su canción. Adapted from the Mary Eli Peña Gratereaux children's book Dreams, Flora and Magic and directed by Mino Lora, this interactive theater presentation is produced by People's Theatre Project (PTP) and will occur in October at the Sugar Hill Children's Museum of Art & Storytelling in Manhattan's Harlem neighborhood. Luis Salgado, shown at left, was interviewed in the October 2015 issue of Bleep Magazine, where he spoke of his costarring role in the upcoming musical On Your Feet!: The Story of Gloria & Emilio Estefan, written by 2015 HOLA Awards honoree Alexander Dinelaris with music by Gloria and Emilio Estefan. The musical will be directed by Jerry Mitchell, choreographed by Sergio Trujillo, and scheduled to open in October 2015 at Broadway's Marquis Theatre. Produced by Terrence Stanley (who also wrote and directed) and Serena Rosario Stanley (who also assistant directed), the PSA also boasts cinematography by Chris Carden and will premiere by the end of 2015.
