

Raquel Almazán is presenting a workshop of her play La Paloma Prisoner as part of Poetic Theater Productions' Poetic License 2016 festival. Directed by Mei Ann Teo and co-starring Mônica Steuer, the play will be presented on Sunday afternoon, April 3, 2016 at The Wild Project in Manhattan's Loísaida neighborhood. A.B. Lugo was featured in the weekly New York newspaper La Voz Hispana where he was interviewed on his solo show Manchild Machismo (directed by Omar Pérez), which is being presented in March on a bill with Pérez's Rhapsodia (directed by Mino Lora) and Indio Meléndez's Someday A Father Be (directed by Dudley Findlay, Jr.) as part of the Callback Series 2016, presented by Teatro Círculo at its namesake theater in Manhattan's East Village.
