Bochinche refers to "gossip". In this sense, we use it to highlight HOLA members or Friends of HOLA who are getting acting, performance or similarly artistic gigs and/or recognition in the media. Yvette Quintero, shown at right, will be starring in the solo show La Bruta Bruja Bruna. Written by Tomás Urtusástegui, the play is produced by Group of the Arts (GOTA) and directed by J. Edgar Mozoub and will be presented in April as part of the first annual Festival de Comedias TEBA, presented by the Teatro Experimental Blue Amigos at the Broadway Blackbox Theater in Manhattan's Washington Heights neighborhood.
Kathy Tejada is starring in the Cristián Cortez Galecio play Maduritas, macrobióticas y multiorgásmicas. Directed by Franco Galecio and produced by Teatro Fragal, it will be presented in April as part of the first annual Festival de Comedias TEBA, presented by the Teatro Experimental Blue Amigos at the Broadway Blackbox Theater in Manhattan's Washington Heights neighborhood.

Olga Merediz, shown at right, was profiled in Marie Claire Italia magazine where the Tony nominee and "Orange is the New Black" star spoke about her career and President Barack H. Modesto Flako Jiménez has been extremely busy as of late. The actor and producer will appear as a panelist and perform at a panel called Expressive Practices, which is part of a day-long symposium entitled "Poverty & Sexuality". Organized by The Institute for Research on Women at Rutgers University, the symposium (whose keynote speaker will be Urvashi Vaid) will take place on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at the First Floor Conference Room in the Ruth Dill Johnson Crockett Building at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey in New Brunswick, New Jersey. In addition, his theater company, The Brooklyn Gypsies Collective is presenting the latest addition in its Ghetto Hors d'Oeuvres series (a series of poetic theatrical performances in which rappers and poets break down borders and collaboratively create an ode to Brooklyn’s gritty streets).
