Bochinche refers to “gossip”. In this sense, we use it to mention HOLA members or Friends of HOLA who are getting acting, performance or similarly artistic gigs and/or recognition in the media. Andrea Navedo, shown at right, will be soon seen in the television series "Jane The Virgin". The pilot was recently picked up for a season of episodes by The CW. For more information, click here.
Marco Antonio Rodríguez's award-winning play La Luz de un cigarrillo was most recently published in Tramoya, a theater journal in Mexico. Rodríguez's play was published by Universidad Veracruzana Press alongside playwrights Nilo Cruz and Migdalia Cruz (no relation).
Pablo Andrade can be seen in the film short The Tablecloth (written and directed by Youssef Lahlou). The film is being having its world premiere on Monday, May 12, 2014 at the SVA Theater in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood. For more information, click here.

Christina Pagán and Luis Galli are in the cast of The Zombies: A Musical. Written and directed by Max Resto, the musical is scheduled for a June and July run at the Peter Jay Sharp Theater in the theater district of midtown Manhattan. For more information, click here.
