José Sepúlveda just wrapped up filming on the short film Read Aloud (written and directed by Blake Pruitt).
The feature film Millie and the Lords (written and directed by Jennica Carmona and produced by Joel Arandia) is currently hitting the film festival circuit. Its next stop is at the Queens World Film Festival, where it will be screened on Thursday, March 19, 2015 at the Secret Theatre's Big Secret Theatre, located in the Long Island City neighborhood of Queens. The film stars Jessica Carmona; Alex Hernández; Felipe Luciano; Mateo Gómez; Alfredo Huereca; Carolina Ravassa; Cedric Leiba, Jr.; Alfonso Romeo Suárez; and Gabriel Castillo. Hernando Caicedo will be acting in the Eric Courtney play I Will Be Gone. Directed by Kip Fagan, it will run in March and April at the Bingham Theatre in the Actors Theatre of Louisville (in Louisville, Kentucky) as part of the 39th Humana Festival of New American Plays.
