HOLA Member Bochinche

Bochinche refers to "gossip." In this sense, we use it to mention HOLA members who are getting acting and performance gigs. The names of HOLA members are in boldface.

Robmariel Olea, shown at left, was interviewed for the Dominican Republic-based online magazine En Segundos (www.ensegundos.net). To read the interview (which is in Spanish), click here.

Raoul Bretón and Marina Durell booked a on-camera national commercial for Church's Chicken.

Mike Smith Rivera will act in Youngblood's Brunchback Mountain. A series of five brand new short non-heteronormative plays written by Alex Borinsky, Angela Hanks, Patrick Link, Tony Meneses and Emily Chadwick Weiss, respectively, they will be directed by Jeremy Bloom, Nick Leavens, Colette Roberts, R.J. Tolan and Mark Armstrong, respectively. The show is set for a February run at the Ensemble Studio Theater, located in Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood. For more information, click here. In addition, he is associate producing Eddie Antar's play The Navigator.
