Bochinche refers to "gossip." In this sense, we use it to mention HOLA members or Friends of HOLA who are getting acting and performance gigs. The names of HOLA members and Friends of HOLA are listed below in boldface.

Noëlle Mauri e-mailed us to let us know that the documentary short that she directed, Yo quiero/I Want To, was screened in October in the Human Rights category of the Latino Short Film Festival of New York. the screening took place at New York's University's King Juan Carlos I of Spain Center, located in Manhattan's NoHo area. Sandy Hernández, shown at left, booked a role in the play Bad Uncle. Written and directed by Rob Torres (with co-direction by Enlightment), the play will have a November run in Norman Thomas High School located in Manhattan's Murray Hill neighborhood.
