As part of the HOLA@35 fundraising drive, HOLA had a benefit performance of Colombian humorist Saulo García's show La vida en los Esclavos Unidos. The comedic show dealt with the timely topic of immigration. Told in a humorous way, he had the audience laughing in the aisles. The show took place at Repertorio Español.
Special thanks to Anthony Ruiz, María F. Nieto of Latinos In Entertainment, Geko Jones, Juan Diego Cano Gil, Gregory Segarra, Lisann Valentín, Juan Carlos Restrepo Rodríguez and Basil Rojas for their help with the event. Extra special thanks to the staff of Repertorio Español (especially Robert Caba, Gredivel Vásquez, María Brites and Alfonso Rey) and of course, Mr. Saulo García for his talent.
Some photos from the event (taken by ARuiz Photography) are below.
