Interview #1: MULTIMEDIA-MAKER
Alexander Dinelaris @AlexDinelaris
An Academy Award and Golden Globe winner for the screenplay of Birdman (or The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance). He is the co-creator and executive producer of the series, The One Percent, for MRC, starring Hilary Swank. He is also the book writer of the West End production of The Bodyguard Musical and of Gloria and Emilio Estefan’s Broadway musical, On Your Feet! An HOLA Awards honoree, he is a proud member of the Writer’s Guild and the Dramatists Guild.

Edmi De Jesús @EdmiDJ
Born in Santurce, Puerto Rico, she has two BA degrees from the University of Puerto Rico, performed in more than 25 commercials as a principal, appeared in soap operas, TV shows and more than 10 movies in Puerto Rico. She studied at the Lee Strasberg Institute and at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts (RADA) in London. She was in La Mala, filmed in Spain with acclaimed Cuban actor Jorge Perugorría; in the HBO short film Smell the Coffee, and in the Puerto Rican film Dos Caminos.
Sandor Juan @SandorJuan
Born in Cuba, he migrated to Miami. He was cast in Telemundo’s De Padres a Hijos. He acted in the film The Pérez Family and the play Matecumbe. He moved to L.A. for five years and then to NYC. His TV credits include Burn Notice, The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien and What Would You Do? In New York, he works nonstop at Repertorio Español. He’s the recipient of two HOLA Awards and a NY Latin ACE Award. He recently won Best Actor at FUERZAfest for his performance in the play Seis.

On The Rocks) won the MetLife Nuestras Voces Playwriting competition and 4 HOLA
Awards. He adapted Julia Álvarez’s In The Name Of
Salomé into a stage play for Repertorio Español and recently acted in Kidnap Road

Born in Brooklyn, she released her first album on Sony Records, Yannet Sol and Friends. With the strength of her hit Correr a Ti (a Spanish-language version of Whitney Houston's Run to You), she toured worldwide with Ray Barretto, Celia Cruz and Grupo Niche. Her second studio album was titled Yannet Sol. She is a member of Teatro SEA Children's Theater in NY, starring in (among other plays) La Plenópera del Empache, Rafael Hernández: Romance and in her biggest musical role playing, Myrta Silva in La Gloria. Recipient of two HOLA Awards.
