Bochinche refers to “gossip”. In this sense, we use it to mention HOLA members or Friends of HOLA who are getting acting, performance or similarly artistic gigs and/or recognition in the media. Liza Colón-Zayas, shown at right, is co-starring the feature film Collateral Beauty (written by Allan Loeb and directed by David Frankel). The film stars Will Smith, Kate Winslet, Keira Knightley, Helen Mirren, Edward Norton, Jonah Hill, Michael Peña, Enrique Murciano, Naomie Harris, and Ann Dowd, and will be in U.S. theaters on Friday, December 16, 2016.

Inma Heredia just wrapped up a run co-starring in the Iris Silverio play Soulmates or Nada. Directed by Silverio and Robert Domínguez, the play was presented in December at Teatro LATEA at the Clemente Soto Vélez Cultural and Educational Center (home to HOLA) in Manhattan's Loísaida neighborhood.

Morán (who received four nominations), 2016 HOLA Awards recipient Soraya Padrao, Indra Palomo, Berenice Di Piazza, 2016 HOLA Performer's Choice Awards recipient Yvette Quintero, 2016 HOLA Awards recipient Angie Regina, 2016 HOLA Awards recipient Alfonso Rey (who received two nominations), 2016 HOLA Awards recipient Héctor Luis Rivera, 2016 HOLA Awards recipient Mafer Rodríguez, 2016 HOLA Awards recipient Susan Rybin, Kathy Tejada, 2016 HOLA Awards recipient Maite Uzal, and Juan Villarreal.
