HOLA Member Bochinche

Bochinche refers to “gossip”. In this sense, we use it to mention HOLA members or Friends of HOLA who are getting acting, performance or similarly artistic gigs and/or recognition in the media. The names of HOLA members and Friends of HOLA are listed below in boldface. To see what other HOLA members are doing currently, click here.

Alicia Kaplan and Gloria Zelaya, shown at left and at right, flanked by Liliana Barrera and Yunior Ventura, were honored by the Senate of the State of New Jersey for their distinguished achievements in theater. The ceremony took place in conjunction with the Festival Internacional de Teatro - Mujeres en Escena (FITME 2015), which is taking place in November at the William V. Musto Cultural Center-Union City Museum in the West Hoboken area of Union City, New Jersey.

2015 HOLA Awards recipient Idalmis García co-stars in the award-winning movie Conducta (Behavior).
