HOLA Member Bochinche

Bochinche refers to “gossip”. In this sense, we use it to mention HOLA members or Friends of HOLA who are getting acting, performance or similarly artistic gigs and/or recognition in the media. Luis Galli, shown at right, was profiled in an interview for the Peruvian magazine Lima Gris, where he spoke about his role in the Rocío Llado film Teresa, la amante del libertador. The film also stars HOLA members Ana María Estrada and Nathalie Tolentino. To read the interview (which is in Spanish), click here.

Edvin Ortega booked a role in the NBC series "The Mysteries of Laura".

Mateo Gómez can be seen guest-starring in a recent episode of "Blue Bloods" (CBS).

J.W. Cortes, shown at left, made two return appearances in Brandon Stanton's Humans of New York blog, where he spoke of his recurring role as Detective Álvarez in the critically acclaimed hit Fox series "Gotham". For more information, click here and here.

Roger González will be acting in Claudio Angelini's My Wife in a Chador. Directed by Stephan Morrow, the play will be presented in November at Theater for the New City, located in Manhattan's East Village. For more information, click here.

Joselyn Martínez and Solanyi Rodríguez are the two newest additions to the upcoming, eagerly anticipated webseries "Whatever It Takes" (created, produced, written and directed by Johanna Tolentino).
