HOLA Member Bochinche

Bochinche refers to "gossip." In this sense, we use it to mention HOLA members who are getting acting and performance gigs. The names of HOLA members are in boldface.

Éric-Dominique Pérez, shown at left, booked the role of Ferdinand Magellan's servant on The History Channel program "Epic History of Modern Day Things" (you can see him in his dressing room in character at right) through an HOLA casting announcement sent to its members.

Gilbert Cruz and Sol Miranda booked roles on the feature film Jack, Jules, Esther & Me (written, directed and produced by Daniel Poliner).

José Yenque just wrapped up filming the movie Botes al amanecer (written and produced by Carlos Ibarra and directed by Nikki Roberts) and an episode of the Nickelodeon series "Supah Ninjas" (created by Eric García and Leo Chu).

Caridad De La Luz (also known by her nom de poésie et de musique La Bruja) has released the video to her song "Piragüero" (directed by Julio Antonio Pabón) from her album For Witch It Stands (on De La Luz Records and available on iTunes). Check out some of the fun celebrity cameos in the music video.

If you are an HOLA member and want to submit a bochinche item, send us an e-mail at holagram@hellohola.org. If you are not an HOLA member, why not join?
